PortuCaleTravel organises private tours across Portugal, with departures from Lisbon. On a private tour the vehicle is reserved exclusively for your group of up to 8 people, and the guide stays with you for the whole day.
We run day trips and multi-stop itineraries to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril, Fátima, Nazaré and Óbidos, Évora and Arrábida, Porto and the Douro Valley, and Coimbra and Aveiro. Longer custom itineraries are arranged on request.

What is included in a Portugal private tour
A private tour includes the vehicle, the driver-guide, hotel pick-up in Lisbon, fuel, tolls and parking. Entrance tickets, meals and tastings are included only when the tour page states it — for example, the private Sintra tour includes the Pena Palace entrance ticket.
Because the tour is private, the pace and the stops are adjusted to your group. Extra stops are possible whenever they fit the day and the route.
Where we operate in Portugal
Our tours start from Lisbon and cover central and northern Portugal: Lisbon, Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, Mafra, Fátima, Nazaré, Óbidos, Évora, Setúbal, Arrábida, Sesimbra, Porto, the Douro Valley, Coimbra and Aveiro. Transfers between Lisbon and Porto are also available.
Algarve itineraries are arranged on request and quoted individually.
How booking and payment work
Reservations are made directly on this site. Flexible bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit paid online; the remaining balance is paid in Portugal on the day of the tour. The total and the deposit are always shown before payment.
